Antoon Rijnbeek is a leading tree nursery serving growers, landscapers and wholesalers across Europe. The sector tried to standardise orders with IMAG codes, but in practice orders still arrive in every format imaginable, from neat spreadsheets to free-form emails. That meant a lot of daily manual work to get everything correctly into GroenVision (InfoGroen).

The challenge
Standards in theory, chaos in practice
Despite IMAG standardisation, order processing remained largely manual. Orders arrived in the most traditional ways, from handwritten shopping-list-style notes to Excel sheets where customers ticked checkboxes next to the items they wanted. Too much variation for classic automation.

IMAG doesn't cover everything
The IMAG standard helps, but many orders fall outside it or contain deviations that need manual correction.
No modern APIs available
GroenVision (InfoGroen) didn't offer modern API connections for automated order entry, so everything was keyed into the ERP by hand every day.
The solution
One GenAI layer on top of GroenVision
ENTR reads every inbound order format, from handwritten lists to Excel with checkmarks, and delivers the result into GroenVision through an automated CSV import, because modern API integrations weren't available. Customer and article validation happens via read rights on the GroenVision database.

Because modern APIs weren't possible, ENTR delivers orders through a robust CSV import that GroenVision ingests directly, without any change to the ERP.
Understands every format
Generative AI reads IMAG files, free-form emails, PDFs, Excel sheets with checkmarks and handwritten lists, without per-customer templates.
Validation via DB read rights
Customer and article matching is validated by reading directly from the GroenVision database, so no polluted data ever enters the ERP.
Learns from exceptions
Corrections from Antoon and Marvin are remembered, so the system keeps getting more accurate every day.
