AI order and document processing automates the reading, validation and posting of business documents. ENTR processes sales orders, supplier confirmations, purchase invoices and transport documents without building a fixed template for every sender. Generative AI understands the content, while fuzzy matching connects lines to customers, products and open orders in the ERP.
The platform is built for manufacturers, wholesalers and nurseries handling large numbers of documents by email, PDF or Excel. Employees review only the lines that need attention in one review screen. Corrections are remembered per sender, so ENTR increasingly reflects each customer or supplier's agreements and product codes.
