Inbound mail at a tree nursery is anything but standardised. From a short email to a full tender for a new sports field.
Extensive Excel lists
Planting lists in Excel with custom column layouts, merged cells and notes scattered between the rows.

Root-ball logic per line
ENTR recognises which lines are trees and therefore delivered root-balled, and which lines are shrubs or perennials where that does not apply.
Planting lists from tenders
From documents of dozens of pages, ENTR extracts exactly the relevant planting list and ignores the rest.
Orders and quotes separated
Based on content, ENTR determines whether it is a quote request or an order and routes it to the right process in GroenVision.
